In 1998 Valery Belinov and Andrey Kondakov initiated a new musical project for the performance of fusion music. Andrey suggested an idea for a name - Without Address. The rhythm section of the group included: Andrey Svetlov - bass, Sergey Ostroumov - drums, Yoel Gonzalez - percussion.
In June of the same year, at the Petromix studio in St. Petersburg, material was recorded consisting of compositions by three members of the group - Kondakov, Svetlov and Belinov.
Having moved to New York in 2000, Val Belin contributed to the release of the new disc of the unique group "Without Address" - "Fusion", performing Russian fusion, representing the skill of Russian musicians in the West. In 2003, he managed to make a presentation of the CD in New York a month after publication and invite RTVI to the famous club in Tribeca - Walker Stage.
In 2008, Val Belin organized a concert Without Address at the iconic Down House club in New York. On the recording you can hear the leading musicians of New York in the rhythm section - Gene Jackson - drums, Vlad Barsky - hammond B3.
