Pēc World Fest International, kas notika 2014. gada jūlija beigās Rīgā, es turpināju augustu un radās ideja, lai sapulcinātu grupu Rīgā un koncertu sēriju vietējos Rīgas klubos. Ragnars mani iepazīstināja ar meitas draugu, un viņš izrādījās lielisks bundzinieks. Mēs kopā ar Gustavu Paunu veica dažas mēģinājumus, un es sapratu, ka, balstoties uz mūsu duetu, es varu ierakstīt jaunu materiālu studijā. Ragnars atklāja savus vecos savienojumus bijušajā bērnu rotaļlietu ražošanā Straume. Nesen parādījās laba studija AKULA ART REC. Viss noritēja labi, un manam dēlam bija draugs - brīnišķīgs basa spēlētājs Ilmārs Gekiss bija viņa vārds. Tas gāja labi, un grupa sāka iemācīties blūza stilu. Pēc klausīšanās ar rezultātu es apkopoju, ka mūsu blūzs skanēja grunge stilā. Es nekad neesmu dzirdējis neko tādu kā Rietumu analogos. Tātad Rīgā šis materiāls tika ierakstīts, un es saņēmu vienu no labākajiem ritmu sekcijām Latvijā. Veids, kādā tika atskaņots ieraksts, es saucu par Grange'N'Blues

After World Fest International, held at the end of July 2014 in Riga, I stayed on August and the idea arose to gather a group in Riga and make a series of concerts in local Riga clubs. Ragnars introduced me to a friend of his daughter and he turned out to be a great drummer. We did some rehearsals together with Gustavs Pauna and I realized that based on our duet, I can record a new material in the studio. Ragnars discovered his old connections at the former factory of children's toys Straume. There recently appeared a good studio AKULA ART REC. Everything was going well and my son had a friend - a wonderful bass player, Ilmars Gekiss was his name. It went well and the band began to learn the style of blues. After listening to the result, I summarized that our blues sounded in grunge style. I have never heard anything like that in Western analogues. So in Riga this material was recorded and I got one of the best rhythm sections in Latvia. The style in which the record was played I called Grunge'N'Blues
